A single door is great for every kind of bathroom.   We have seen single door enclosures in very large bathrooms to small bathroom that do not have a lot of space.  Whatever the circumstances may be, a single door could be the perfect solution to a bathroom remodel.  Always keep in mind when doing a bathroom remodel not to make the door too wide. 30" - 40" is a good size door. To small is not good either especially for building codes.  No smaller than 22" is not recommended for a shower door enclosure.  If you are not sure about your city's building code requirements please let us know and we will find out for you.  The amount of hinges that is needed for a single door is determined by size,thickness and weight. The shower door hinge plays a big roll in door stability. If a third hinge is required then the wall needs to be as straight as possible so that the third shower hinge does not affect the other hinges causing the door to go out of adjustment.  If the wall is bowed badly a second hinge plate can be added to compensate for outages.  We can install your single door enclosure with no problem because we know what to do if a problem arises.
